Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
2. What Gallo's work does
Gallo's work observes and monitors the automations you configure it to watch. It receives status updates ("beats") and, optionally, reconciliation reports from your own workflows, and alerts you when an expected update doesn't arrive within the cadence and grace period you declare. Gallo's work does not execute, modify, restart, repair, or otherwise control your underlying workflows or automation platform. It is a monitoring tool, not an automation or remediation tool.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is intended for one agency/business.
4. Acceptable use and your data obligations
You agree not to misuse the service, including not attempting to overwhelm, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or another customer's data. You agree not to send personal data, sensitive personal data, credentials, access tokens, secrets, or any information you are not authorized to share through the monitoring or reconciliation fields of the service (see Privacy Policy Section 5). You are solely responsible for the content of any data your own workflows send to Gallo's work.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Current pricing is shown at checkout. Subscription changes, cancellations, and invoices are managed through Stripe's billing portal, accessible from your account settings.
6. No service-level commitment
At this stage, Gallo's work is provided without a service-level agreement (SLA) or uptime guarantee. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not commit to a specific availability target.
7. Ownership
You retain all rights to your own business and automation data. We do not claim ownership of the data you send us; we process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallo's work's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@galloswork.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy's retention and deletion terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date and version, and we may ask you to re-accept.
